Store manager- can’t remember her name unfortunately but she was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. They have a pretty good selection. Mostly Ray-Ban. But also some Oakley and Maui Jim. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable.
Walked in and waited, I was not even acknowledged by staff. 2 people were helping 1 person. I waited 15 minutes and after not being helped I left.
Sales attendant and an all round boss Caleb provided the most professional customer service with a friendly and non pressuring demeanour. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist myself and my partner at selecting, discounting and moulding our sunglasses for a perfect 10/10 experience.
