1000s spent to frame my fathers artwork While hanging, the plexiglass (not museum quality UV glass) popped out of the frame. Delivery was near 1 year LATE, the other piece hanging in a Federal building was 6 months late. Stay away from this place.

What a scam this place is. We were in Black River Falls for our honeymoon in October and decided to get a personalized milk can as a memento. We were told it would be 2-3 weeks before it would be done. We live about 3 hours away, but were told by Susan that she knew someone who traveled to a neighboring city regularly and they would be able to meet us with the can when it was done. For this reason, we decided to go with the milk can rather than getting something that we could take with us same day. A month later I called to check on our milk can because I hadn’t heard anything. I was given excuse after excuse as to why it wasn’t done and was told it would be done after Christmas (2 months after we ordered it). We had not been contacted back until I posted a negative review on Facebook, 5 MONTHS LATER. She left my husband and voicemail saying that we could go pick it up (3 hours away) or pay $50 to have it shipped because her friend didn’t make the trip to the neighboring city at the holidays! She didn’t apologize or even offer to get it to us because her solution didn’t pan out! She didn’t even bother to let us know that it wasn’t going to happen until 3 months after the fact! I then called her and after yelling at each other for 15 minutes because I was only getting interrupted any time I tried to make her aware of what she put us through, got called nasty by her multiple times, was never apologized to, only given excuse after excuse, I get hung up on! I call back and get forwarded to voicemail. After our phone call, she called my husband immediately and offered to split the cost of shipping. Sneaky, sneaky lady she is, makes sure to get to him before I could let him know what had happened. Do not spend your money here. Chancing your luck and putting your trust in this woman is not worth it. She is a SCAM ARTIST.

What a wonderful lady. Even wrapped our purchase at no extra cost. Spent the better part of an hour browsing and chatting. Best art gallery experience ever.
