The Mercer Public Library is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a small town in Northern Wisconsin, it puts many larger and better-funded libraries to shame. The facility itself is excellent, and the collection of books and DVDs is nicely kept up-to-date ... and if something is not available there, the friendly and competent professional staff will cheerfully request it from elsewhere in the library system. A surprisingly large variety of activities are offered throughout the year, appealing to young and old alike. Teresa and Renie taken this small-town library to a much higher level than one might expect. When you have the opportunity, stop in to visit this gem -- you will be glad you did!
Library has a comfortable reading room and great staff.
