Always have great experiences with the staff here at this location (first in PHX) been coming here since it opened nearly a decade ago. There are other NFCU's here in Phoenix now, but this one is the only one the west side of metro Phoenix.
Turning into Bank of America real quick. Upper staff are tactless and disrespectful. Take your money to USAA if you don't want to come back from tour in the negatives, with no explanation.
If I can rate this a negative 5 stars i would very poor customer service and even during this covid 19 times im not speaking for service i recieved im sneaking for whT i witnessed them treating another customer
The staff is very friendly, I never had problems and if I did they try and take care of it.
Had you all opened on Saturday like every other bank branch in the state/country you wouldn't have people waiting in triple digit temps to get into your bank. Then to top it off when asked when hours would go back to somewhat normal they don't know. Nothing like having access to a tenth of your money via atm oh I forgot the atm didn't have funds. Time to find a bank that supports its members and the veteran. Pretty sad Navy Federal is a big failure in this time of need. Being closed on Saturday cause me a danm house because I didnt have access to my money!!! Peace out!! Another credit union here. I come
