I do business deposits for my company and the wait was extremely long. The staff was letting people behind me go ahead because they didn’t have access to a machine that counted money. Very unprofessional of the lady to not even inform me, I had to ask. My first and last time coming to this chase location, I would rather drive to another chase then to do business here. I did not make my 8 + deposits waiting almost 30 minutes in line.
Poor customer service, long wait to do deposits. They only have 2 tellers open.

It's tiny and the something say don't do their but usually good service and quick
This is the 3rd time this week that I tried to open a new account in this location and they always told me that the person who opens new accounts are not there, so I ask if I can't cashier a chase check and they want to charge me $20 dollars to cash a $45 dollars check that is stupid.
