Good selection of cheeses. A little pricey even for a tourist town like New Glarus
We bought a sauce that we find out at home that was expired
If you have never been here you must stop in and try their award winning cheese. I had a raspberry cheese that went great with some beer and crackers, plus they had an awesome Gouda, they are nice and knowledgeable. If you ask they will help you pair the cheese with food and drink and give you great suggestions on what to make with the cheese.
So helpful and friendly! Even traveling distance they have coolers and icepacks available too!
