Peter Kelly was the court appointed Guardian Ad Litem in a Green County Family Court case I know all too well. It is my opinion, as someone who believed in the judicial system here in the United States prior to this case, that Peter Kelly presented a report to the judge in family court without fully investigating the mother & father to the best of his ability (either knowingly or unknowingly). In my opinion, he did not act as an unbiased attorney for the children involved. He did not fully report all CPS reports against the father in this case. The mother tried to obtain ALL reports from CPS which she was not able to do. In my opinion, Peter Kelly stood behind the father (who domestically abused both the mother & children) and gave advice to the father during court recess as to what to say & do during court to ultimately obtain placement of the children. Mr. Kelly firmly objected to all evidence the mother wanted to present during court as prior domestic abuse reports from police against the father. Now why would an attorney for the children object against domestic abuse reports against the father in the case if he is supposed to be in the best interest of the children??
