My dad bought his very expensive reclining chair about 1.5 years ago and the reclining part quit. They called Phillips to come and fix it or replace it. Chair could not be replaced but was under warrantee however they misdiagnosed thinking it was the motor and got the wrong part then weeks went by and the motor finally came. Tried to install found it wasn't the motor. Months have gone by since the issue. Mind you my dad was dying of cancer and really needed to have a working chair. I complained to no avail and they even charged my step mom for the service charge. Still my step mom has no working chair and my dad passed away last week. I will tell everyone I know to not do business with your company. Sikers has better service as far as I'm concerned. Covid or no Covid. I don't want to hear excuses. Not impressed at all.nn* Update. It's now November 8th. Still no part to fix the chair.
Nice furniture and a friendly lady inside.
The sales person was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The delivery guys were careful & accommodating.
