Good town and mostly good professors, never had a good math professor though. Financial aid is horrible and doesn't answer any questions or phone calls over the summer. They dont tell you anything until it's too late and screw you out of a lot of money on the little things. Watch your financial charges very carefully.
I attend UW Platteville through Distance Education for Criminal Justice and love it! My advisor is great and the courses are fulfilling. I don't have one negative thing to say!
Worst place to go for any other degree besides engineering, terrible admin, horrible professors and a college that only cares about its admission numbers and the $$$, my only regret is that I didn’t transfer out of that hick college sooner. Don’t waste your money on what is Midwest’s worst college
A smaller University that offers many Engineering program rarely found outside of larger more expensive schools. Like any university there are area that could be improved, particularly more opportunities for communication between students and professors, but overall I feel I'm receiving a good education.
A great university life experience. Lifetime friendships . Professors that are willing to assist you one on one beyond classroom.
