It is very easy to schedule an appointment with Pinon Hills Family Practice. Walk in appointments are also available on Saturday. When I have needed to contact Dr. Bliss by phone or email through their portal, Dr. Bliss or his nurse, Misty, have always returned my called or email the same day. Dr. Bliss does not keep you waiting in the waiting room. He is very thorough, and asks several times if you have any more questions. Dr. Bliss has always been kind, friendly and concerned about my medical conditions. He has referred me to specialists when needed. I would give Dr. Bliss and the staff at Pinon Family Practice 10 stars if available. I have never had any problems with my insurance accepting billing from Pinon Family Practice. I have referred many family members and friends to Pinon Family Practice, and they have been just as happy with the staff as I have. The office waiting area, and patient rooms are always clean and nice, with a large selection of magazines (donated by individuals). If you are handicapped, there are handicapped parking places right next to the offices. There is also an elevator to take you up stairs instead of having to use stairs if you are unable to. There is a very nice selection of art from different artists in the area decorating the lobby area, and the hallways in the office.

Never again. I do not recommend him for circumcisions and he was completely rude to me blaming my sons seizures on me. My son never liked going to him versus other pediatricians. I do not recommend him as a pediatrician.

My mom called to make an appointment - she's an existing patient. She fell and hurt her knee. The receptionist was pretty rude to her over the phone and so was his nurse or PA to whom she was transferred. Told her they couldn't see her until December. Said they were only taking two Medicare patients per month. Hasta la vista Pinon Family Practice....
