Very concerning food safety violation!nPlatteville Store 2:50pmnThe employee wear the glove (only one hand) to grab the money, cash machine and the food!nI brought that up and she said she just wear it, i said i dont trust it and want to get my money back. She said this is impossible the refund (?) so she went to grab me 2 new donuts...without gloves this time...with no hand sanitation or using the kind of napkin to grab the donuts.nI dont like to waste food but this time i had to garbage it.
Service is slow. Employees are rude . Cleanliness bad.
The sandwiches were awesome and cant beat the pumpkin spice latte
Coffee is great but this specific location has a manager that refuses to fill the cup if you ask for no ice. They always short the cup and state this is because that is all the coffee you would get if there was ice in the cup. They obviously care more about the .20-.30 cents of coffee than they do their customers.
Love their drinks and ordering on the app is easy and rewarding!
