My son had a hard, swollen gland that was the size of a golf ball. We seen several doctors that didn't know what was wrong and just kept giving us antibiotics. Finally we were referred to Dr. Wilkey. After looking at my son and reviewing everything, he knew immediately that my son had cat scratch fever. He gave us the correct medicine and within days my son was feeling better. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable. He is quick and to the point. He even knew of a blood disease I had (severe aplastic anemia). Most doctors don't know exactly what it is but Dr.Wilkey was aware of symptoms and possible causes of the disease. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable man, in my opinion.

Dr. Wilkey is extremely unprofessional, it’s been six months since my rhinoplasty and I cannot breath out of my left nostril at all. Also my left nostril still hurts DAILY. He ripped out the packing out of both my nostrils in two swift yanks without warning, causing a bone fragment to stick out on the inside of my nose. He traumatized me to such an extent that I’m afraid to get my nose re-evaluated. He needs to retire.

Dr. Wilkey not good at all, he doesnt face you or look at you he has his back to you... unprofessional...two thumbs DOWN!!!should not even receive any stars...

The worst customer service!!! Before I schedule an appointment for my daughter I called the office to make sure that her insurance will be accepted. They said YES. So we have to wait 1-1/2 months for an opening to get in to see the doctor. The appointment was scheduled at 2.15 pm. My daughter and I waited in the lobby until 3 pm to hear that they actually DON’T accepted her insurance and we would have to pay full price. Really? I had to wait 1.5 month and an hour in the lobby to receive this kind of service and response about my sick child! While waiting in the lobby nobody apologized for the wait time, gentlemen in front of us left as he was tired of waiting. Receptionist is the most unfriendly person you could even imagine, like a cold robot. I very much doubt the professionalism of the doctor would be any better (even though I did not have a chance to see him), since he surrounds himself with such unprofessional staff. This place is disorganized, irresponsible, definitely not customer friendly, and customer service is not their first or second priority.

Terrible treatment when dealing with my elderly mother from both Dr Wilkey and Dr Clark! So much for compassion!!!
