I first want to say doctors at the Risas dental located at the 35th Ave. and Peoria Are super nice meanwhile the help at the front desk and answering phones are extremely combative rude and refuse to help you. I recently had a wisdom tooth and a molar pulled on a Friday. They both Were extracted/removed Without closing the whole, Leaving my bone and nerves exposed, just open causing me Excruciating pain. I came in that following Monday and sat in the lobby to be seen by any doctor available and the doctor said all is well and that it was healing perfectly. I then called Tuesday explaining I needed an appt due to pain and how my mouth is looking and they couldn’t set up an appt. Wednesday due to me still experiencing pain and now mouth sores appearing which had Never experienced so I was concerned. I asked the lady on the phone if the doctor could call in a mouth wash or something to help it and they said I would need to come in and sit in the office from 9am - 5 and they would see me they would have availability because the doctor who had just seen me Monday couldn’t help me. At this point I am irritated and frustrated and in pain. I work from 9-5 so i just can’t come and sit in the lobby so I continued to say I need an appointment! I called Thursday and a girl by the name of “Daisy” response with sorry Ma’am there is not appointments available just come in and wait, we have company procedures. Then I proceeded telling her I am trying to set up an appt since I don’t have the time to sit and wait. She can hear my frustration and she very combative and Snide with her response and at this point raising her voice. I was like I just need to set up an appt and she responded with well we don’t have appts until January twenty something. I was like wow!!! I guess Risa dental hires un educated ignorant girls as long as they look nice at the front desk. I now see why they cater to a certain demo. I’m definitely not a punk. Just wanted to share my experience so you are aware teeth pulling / extraction after care sucks! They only care about the new money coming in. I Had my sister call saying she was a new patient who wanted to get some dental care done and guess what they had availability... Never ever dealing with this location. Should have stayed at the 59th ave and Bethany Dr Ryan is the best and the girls aren’t jerks to paying patience this is beyond ridiculous!

Staffs were nice and welcoming.
