I love this place! Had a bad experience with Western dental in which they wanted to just remove and replace teeth. Mr.Filippi and their staff actually fixed my teeth instead.

To have your dr call you personally at 7:30 after getting work done to check on you shows that this office wants and deserves my business. Thank you guys

My experience was great up until they started charging no show fees even if you did not confirm the appointment via text messaging. Dentists are a dime a dozen for $35 dollars you lost a patient for life. I will always be spreading the word. They will still charge you even if they you did not sign their new agreement horrible .

I've been going to Dr. Filippi/Dr. DeMark for 10+ years and started going there because of a bad experience at my previous dentist. Over the years I would often brag about the doctors, office staff and my experience in general. That's why it pains me to give this review and ironically enough I'll be leaving this office because of a series of bad experiences over a recent three month period. I went in for a root canal in late June. Three plus months, lock jaw, numbness on the right side of my face, two botched final crowns from the lab and a sore on my lower jaw that required a prescription mouth rinse, the procedure was finished. During those months I witnessed what appears to me to be a dentist (Dr. DeMark) who is stretched too thin, who lacked patient focus and demonstrated a complete lack of concern for my situation when I went to talk to him about it outside of my regularly scheduled appointment and dental assistants who were frazzled and lacked attention. The only reason I stayed for that long was I wanted a "paper trail" so to speak about this entire ordeal should I need to seek legal action or similar. I wanted the full responsibility for whatever outcome to solely lie with this office vs. involving another doctor who may not take responsibility and say it was due to the previous doctor. So in closing, I repeat - I went for a root canal, it took over three months to complete and during those three plus months I suffered through lock jaw that lasted a month, numbness on the right side of my face that lasted several weeks and while improved is still not 100% gone, delayed procedures due to the final crown having to be sent back to the lab TWICE and a sore on my inner jaw that required a prescription mouth rinse to heal.
