For the first time in my life I have some hope that I can live without migraines, Taffeta Troutner has been one of the kindest physicians I have ever seen and obviously knows so much about the field she works in. Staff are always nice and accommodating.

Well taffeta troutner "np" Does not agree with the methods that I have been using she stated that she is a liberal and went to a liberal college then stated her opinion was the only reason she would not see me! I only said thank you for your opinion!! She stated that I was scarring her with my voice she told the officer? Thanks so much now i have no neurologist after witness how taffeta was I know this is a Democratic state but its the liberals who have this twisted mind!!!!

Staff is very unprofessional. The nurse practitioner didn't seem to care about the patient's opinions and gave very vague instructions about medications. Don't recommend them or at least to see Troutner.

One of the most professional doctors offices I’ve been to. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. No issues when scheduling or rescheduling. Prior authorization was completed the same day and I was scheduled for my procedure the next week. AWESOME group.

I have been going there for several years and I miss Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Raphael. Dr. Gonzales listened to his patients and genuinely cared, and when he left Dr. Raphael hugged me when my best friend died. Fast forward to Dr. Waymire and she was not listening when I kept trying to tell her how Walgreens wasn't filling my scripts and not ordering it for me to have on time. 😢😡 Then she put me with Taffeta who's assistant has been rude to me both times I've been in, and I was told I had to come in earlier than scheduled at the last minute, I questioned it because I have chronic pain throughout my spine on top of the migraines and I called hospital and left message stating they shouldn't change people's appointments at the last minute for a meeting!!! I was literally yelled at by Taffeta and after my injections was once again scheduled way to early for what I can do. I called, and Cerenta was snippy with me again and said I told you to call closer to time!" I informed her that was what I was doing, and that I needed my script refilled as I was out, and Walgreens doesn't always have it stocked. I was sent a Hateful/Rude certified letter saying that I was rude and I shouldn't call, and they weren't going to see me. How is needing refills on time, and a appointment that works for me being rude? They are the most unprofessional doctors office I've been to, besides the spine clinic by the hospital who is a mess!!! I was scheduled for injections for my migraines July 17th. And the office manager James Woods finally calls me back and he was of No help and he said "Well I take it you got your dismissal?" And said he'd called me before which is a blatant lie!!! So I told him "I was the one being treated Rudely and now I'm left high N dry and it's risky for me to have migraines". I get hospitalized at times because they are so bad. Don't waste your time or energy here.
