My 2008 Chevy Impala have been giving me problems. I had taken it to several mechanics who were unable to tell me exactly what was wrong with it they more or less played a guessing game and had me sinking hundreds of dollars into new sensors and new parts on my vehicle which still wasn't the problem. I then brought my car over to Homan and had Ryan Krause work on it and he figured out that there was actually bad wiring in the car and was able to fix it and reset my computer to where it was supposed to be. I am extremely grateful and will most definitely be doing business with you guys again.

Jack was super friendly, and walked me through the new procedures put in place for COVID-19 so that I could safely wait for my car to be done. I thought the work was completed in a timely manner, and Jack was there to walk me through the post work process as well. The waiting area, and the service area was nice, and clean, and I felt safe waiting in the lounge for the work on my car to be completed.

I was working with a sales associate, Kurtis P, for the past couple days to purchase a particular truck. I was waiting on him to send the paperwork to finalize the deal and I never heard back. After contacting him several times, I called the office, they told me the truck had been sold to someone else. That was very unprofessional in my opinion. I would not recommend this place
