Had to rush my Great Dane puppy to them do to a fall on a stair case. The staff was excellent and very quickly got her in as soon as I arrived! The staff was very informative and ensured me that it was not a serious injury! Thank you to the Doc and the awesome staff, they will be the primary vet for my puppy!ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

My daughter brought in her foster dog today for euthanasia and paid extra to be in the room which is insane to begin with then the vet tech must have infiltrated it at some point it was a horrible experience and made the dog basically scream I'm sure it burned ugh... after 2 times and the 3rd with another vet Tech it was finally over my daughter called crying uncontrollably I cant believe that I think your vet Tech needs help badly. I think you should look this up I believe she should get an apology for having to see that horrible event and it should come from that vet Tech. You should also give back money she paid to be in there with her dog and witness that lack of skill unbelievable!!

We had a very stressful appointment, but the staff was very helpful and took their time explaining our options. Fantastic service.

When I took my cat in to get a tumor checked out that was infected, I was very unhappy with my visit here. My cat's behavior had changed and he seemed to be getting sicker. I told the vet that I believed my cat had a fever. Not once during my visit were any of my cats vitals taken. The vet was very rough with my cat to the point of where I became uncomfortable. No compassion what-so-ever. The vet shaved the area around the tumor for cleaning purposes and nicked the tumor with the razor, my cat screamed and was bleeding everywhere. Vet seemed unsure of how to treat the tumor. He prescribed a week of antibotics in pill form. Since I wasn't happy with my experience, I went to see another vet in Fond du Lac who also was unhappy to hear of the treatment my cat recieved at this clinic and the prescription of the antibiotics. The receptionists were very kind at this clinic, but the quality of care my cat recieved from the vet was unacceptable. I will not return to this clinic.

Very reasonable prices and they took good care of my Spidey and they continue to care for my kitties Sun and Star I'm so glad I found Fond du lac veterinary clinic. I recommend to everyone.
