My fiancé and I have used the climate control unit for the last 2.5 years before purchasing our first home. Rachel at superior storage was always helpful and responsive to any questions. Superior Storage has been great to work with. Rochelle has worked with me to get set up with the climate controlled space, I needed for a 3-bedroom household. After looking at other possible sites, I moved my business into the Hoerth Storage complex in 2002. I changed locations within the complex three times and was always satisfied with the service.nnOwnership changed. Kevin and Rachel became the managers. It did not take long to recognize that they were both people of action. They have greatly improved the Hoerth storage operation. Great communication, excellent management and no drama. First thing is that Rachel was very nice and very professional as well as the gentleman that works there. She explained everything and answered any questions I had. I've been to a few storage places and this place is by far the best hands down. Some people may think it's pricey but overall if you look and see that it's well lit and has tons of cameras and that the units are very well maintained it's worth the price. Again great job on the staff and their professionalism!!!
Highly recommend. Best price for the space on a climate controlled unit with 24 hour access. Super friendly staff!
