I just wanted to thank you guys for helping me when I fell earlier this week and shattered both of my knees the heart that you carried me out on made it all the way with me to Good Samaritan because they had to transfer me to a Trauma Center I do not know if they are going to send it with me to the rehabilitation center but if they do I will call and let you know which one I'm at and if one of you guys can swing by and pick up the carry tarp I will take good care of it until then once again thanks for the great job and helping us when we need it.
It's funny how their mission statement says fast, caring, innovative, and professional. They did not represent that at all. They were super unprofessional, rude, and almost killed my sister who ended up having a blood clot in her lungs. I had to drive her to the ED because according to them she was fine, it was just 'anxiety'. Question: Is a BP of 94/59 and heart rate of 160 normal? How about having your breathing at 70? She had to be airlifted to the ICU at PCH. Should have stayed in Peoria. Peoria fire department would have not refused to take her!
All the praise and thanks for coming on time to save my house from burning down. You guys are the best.
