Fond Du Lac Family Court Commn

She is horrible and rude. I have heard story’s from others experiences with her and they are unethical. I don’t know how she still has a job. It’s sad. I wish there was a way to get her out of there and someone new.

I was able to have my child support case heard over the phone with the court appointed family court commissioner (CAFCC) since I live 4 hours away. My youngest daughter was going to be living for one year as a trial in Fond du Lac county with my ex-husband.nI provided the CAFCC everything requested, along with documents from my physicians and long term employer. Due to my health and already having over a dozen major operations (and at that point more to come), I was unable to work more than part-time. The CAFCC then proceeded to ask me why I couldn’t work a second job, longer hours, or a better paying job. Multiple times she disputed my necessary accommodations, without her ever laying eyes on me. She was uncaring, extremely condescending, and unprofessional. My ex-husband agreed to allow me to pay the lowest required amount, due to short amount of time our daughter would be there, my financial situation and my health issues. She again disputed everything with me, while trying to make me feel guilty by saying I should want to pay more for my child, despite my ex-husband agreeing on the lowest required amount.nWhen my paperwork arrived, she had blatantly gone against our wishes and had forced me to pay the highest amount.nI then had to pay to have the transcript of the call sent to me,. Luckily I was able to file paperwork and have my case seen by a judge.nMonths later I had to take a day off of work, drive 4 hours (one way) to spend only ten minutes in front of a judge. He went over the transcript, as I explained how I was treated by the CAFCC on the call. He said that none of this should have happened and apologized to me. I cannot fathom after reading all the negative reviews on here, and the multitude of negative comments on other sites and social media, how this CAFCC still works for Fond du Lac County. It’s discouraging that they cannot find anyone better. To have a CAFCC who treats people so unfairly and unprofessionally is completely unacceptable. There are so many other great people who like their jobs, and care about the people they are paid to serve. I’m so appreciative that my case was able to be heard by a judge, and my child support case has closed. I cannot imagine what people have to go through, when they have to spend years dealing with this CAFCC. The people of Fond du Lac County DESERVE a CAFCC who does their job fairly and professionally. I would hope the Fond du Lac County Court system takes these reviews and comments seriously, and finds a better CAFCC. To allow this to continue would speak volumes of the Fond du Lac County court system and how little they care about the people who use their services.

Would strongly suggest not residing in Fond du Lac County if your are expecting a newborn child. Nothing but disrespect from the court commissioner. I am with the child’s mother and they still forced us to miss multiple days of work for paternity tests and multiple court dates, even after I signed papers saying she was mine. Tried to insist I had to pay child support because my child used state assistance which has never been the case. But they kept insisting she was even though they couldn’t find the papers. Now they are trying to get me to go to a parenting class for separated parents to keep it about the kids. I have been a parent to my daughter for over 11 months now. Still with her mother. I’m starting to think FDL county is just taxing us to have children. I’ve heard nothing but mad things from the residents from fdl county residents about The Family Court Commisioner and her rude demeanor and questionable antics, and nothing but misorganization of the family court services. Anyone I talk to from outside of the area has never heard of such wild practices. I dont understand how FDL county can continue to let this happen and how nobody has stood up and said enough.nnAlso P.S. 1 start is way to high to rate them.

Bar far the absolute worst and unethical in all of the court system. Sally is a biased uneducated moron. She uses and abuses her so called power to threaten and intimidate those with disabilities to make up for her lack of education when it comes to medical documentation and taking the time to read the evidence. She rips families apart and uses her power as punishment for those unable to do certain things due to their disabilities. Other then being a liesbian she is cold hearted and insecure and tries to ruin other people’s lives rather then take the time to educate herself.

If I could I would rate the family court commissioner -6.She is uneithcal, unprofessional, and treats people differently due to colors. I strongly suggest the justice system takes consideration by people’s voice. Please don’t waste tax payers money to hurt tax payers. Be justice, ethical, and fair by common sense, not just higher up, white, riches standards.
