I had a really terrible experience here. We went through the drive through, ordered 4 bakery items and 2 coffees. There was nobody else in the drive through and it took 15 minutes sitting at the window for anybody to even acknowledge we were sitting there. While sitting there I watched 1 employee wipe her nose on her gloved hand and immediately continue to prepare food without washing or changing her gloves. I then watched a manager take off her mask to talk to the people prepping food. When we finally got our order, the order was wrong. I tried to submit a customer feedback survey to Panera only to find that they have taken down the customer feedback page. I had to dig for a while before finding any contact info for customer service. Really grossed out and disappointed in this entire company, both at this location and on a corporate level.

Service is slow and I'm tired of my order always being messed up. Then I call to get ahold of somebody and I get an automated voice message system that just hangs up on you and tells you to call back. For the price you pay, I'm sorry but I expect a little better service. I love the food and bakery but the fond du lac location should just shut down.

Went to the drive thru tonight and I can tell you I will not be going back! First off I ordered what I wanted and saw on the screen that it was wrong I explained to them that it was wrong he insisted that it was right double checked at the window it was wrong she was correcting it and the guy that took the order came up by the other girl and was complaining that I was having the order corrected then proceeded to go complain to other workers in the back as I can see and hear him. Then the manager saw I was mad asked what happened I explained and then made a bunch of excuses as to why it happened. Told the staff to fix it handed me the order said have a great night and then slammed the window in my face! I don’t care if you talk bad about me but don’t do it in front of me! I will never be returning to the fond du lac location!
