They always handle my dogs with care and ive never had any complaints. However I took my moms dog there and I felt because he isnt socialized well, they rushed him in and out to be done with him. Otherwise they're excellent, thoughtful and have always taken really good care of my dogs and cat
Always the best at Osseo Veterinary Clinic. I have taken my baby's there my whole adult life. Would not take them any place else they are the best
If I could give zero stars I would. I had an emergency last Thursday the 27th at 8 pm, possible poisoning of my cat and I called the emergency vet and left a very detailed message with hopes of hearing back from them relatively quickly so I could help my sick cat and never heard back from them. Thankfully he is doing better but I am not impressed one bit. Very poor customer service!
