All workers were wearing masks. Employees were extremely polite and wished us a good day. Son had a tuna sub, wife had a subway club and I had a hot and spicy Italian. All were excellent.
I came in when it was very busy, the staff were all very polite, respectful and took their time with everyone. The best service in any fast food I have had.
Walked in and you could just tell the mood was off. Not a friendly environment. The first part picking out bread and meat was good. The smaller lady helped me out with the 2nd half and I asked to put just a tiny bit of lettuce on and she grabs a hand full. The lettuce was also brown and old. I asked for mayo and mustard and she legit did 4 lines each. WAY TOO MUCH. It was like they intentionally wanted to ruin my sandwich. The lady behind me said the same thing happened to her too. I get these kids are young but don’t work there if you aren’t going to be happy or friendly. Don’t ruin subway for others please. Totally unsatisfied.
