Horrible Customer Service... Very Unprofessional and Unreliable. Zach Robertson ( Owner ) quoted me one price for a job and started the project and took my money and then half way into the job the price then went up by 40%. I asked for an itemized receipt for parts and labor he refused to provide one. He Kept changing his story. 3 months after finally completing the job, my flooring is rising and separating on the corners. I expressed my concern with Zach and asked him to come back out to honor his warranty. Now Zach is avoiding my calls, ignoring my emails. Very unprofessional.
Amazing company, very affordable, and did a great job in a short time! Best price for best quality! Ask for zack, so much respect for him, very professional! I would highly recommend to anyone!
