I brought my dog in for an urgent care visit, I have never been here before but this will not be my last time. They were very caring, attentive, and helped me get in right away that day when no other place could help me for upwards to weeks in advance. They thoroughly made sure everything was okay with my dog and offered to do any/everything they could to make not only my pet comfortable and happy, but me as well while in their care. Very thankful for the staff that helped me, they made my dog and I feel important and not just like another client. It turned out to be a minor issue but they still treated it just as important as well as taking my concerns into consideration after the fact. They did everything in their power to satisfy and I am very satisfied. Nothing bad to say about this place, Amazing service and place. I will be switching my business to here from now on. Thank you to everyone at westgate!
Dr. Duane Vollendorf cared for my 2 border collies for 12 and 14 years. They loved him. When it was time to say goodbye, he came to my home which made it easier on them. Now he cares for my new 7 month old Border collie. He is always compassionate, professional and explains things in detail. Highly recommend.
We had to come in and they have our dog I was 10 years put down. Staff was very compassionate.

All of the staff here are great to deal with! I trust them with my personal and work dogs. Great service, knowledgeable, and they take great care of my pups!
