They are always helpful and polite. Found just what I needed.
Ended up wanting to get some men’s t-shirts from there because they fit me better then women’s, i was then told by a very rude lady that I could not shop in the men’s department, I explained to her I like the way men’s clothes fit me, she then proceeded to keep telling me I can get girl clothes but I could not get men’s clothes, and other women that were looking at the men’s clothes she had said nothing to them, and I left the store very upset, I’m very disappointed in this individual for being sexist, and denying me my right to get men’s clothes. Very poor service.
Men, women, and children clothing. Winter coat and blanket drives. Household goods. All is free with limits. The proper and righteous way donated goods should be distributed. Received free. Given away free. People, you get the same tax write-offs as you would donating to these thrift stores that's selling their donations, unreasonably priced. Why not help out a true good cause and gain the same, and a greater reward. Knowing that you are genuinely giving freely to the needy, and not the greedy.
There is an employee there that was a little rude I thought. But, overall good experience
I have dropped off clothes there and was welcomed in by wonderful volunteers! It's not a very big place but so nice to know there is a place where people who need help can go and get clothes and items for their home. I love the store and how it helps people in need. We are all only a couple paychecks away from needing help ourselves. We need more people to help out. Pay it forward and you will find peace.
