Dont expect to get things done in a quick manner here... i call to make a payment and was placed on hold for 9min!!!! She didnt even click back to say anything like "hey sorry we are very busy right now i will be back as soon as i can"... this happens everytime i call!! (I suggest you get another employee!) bad bad customer service BAD! I will be changing companies due to the customer service.
