I love Northside!!!! We have two beautiful bulldogs, and they're very high maintenance and expensive given their breed. But we love them like they are our children. The staff at Northside is wonderful. The vet's, nurses and their assistants are all great. They're great at doing follow-ups to check in and see how our puppies are doing. We truly love Dr. Michelle but we trust the other vets as well and we feel good after we leave. As much money as we spend there on our dogs, we know that they are in good hands. Very professional, very kind and very experienced. And 9.5 half times out of 10, I can get same day appointments. Thank you Northside Pet Hospital you have our support!!!

They are all very kind and caring people. I had to have my cat put down due to cancer. They were as concerned about me as my cat. Dr. Doris is a wonderful person and doctor. I have known her for many years. Dr. Michelle is also a wonderful doctor and person. I have known her for several years now. I trust both of them to give my pets the best care possible! I would recommend Northside Animal Hospital to everyone!!

New to the area and took my dogs here to get their check ups and vaccines. The staff was super helpful in keeping the dogs comfortable and helping me with two 50+ lb dogs. One of them gets very nervous at the vet and they did great with him. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Staff is nice. But if you ask for an estimate before you go in you might get a different one when you get there. And prices for some things are a little steep. But overall nice place & good people.

We’ve used Northside for boarding and vet services for a couple years for our German Shepherd. They’re decently priced, I have no complaints about cost.nWe called today to board our German Shepherd for next weekend after not boarding him for about a year. We were informed today that we could not board our German Shepherd because last time he was in someone had made a note that he would be better off being muzzled when getting his nails trimmed. We were then told that they do not board aggressive dogs. This concerns me because we were never informed 12 months ago when he was in that he showed aggression towards anyone.nIf a dog shows aggression, this is something that the owner needs to be made aware of at the time it happened.nI also understand that we have the world’s most gentle German Shepherd who would never try to be aggressive. Clipping a dog’s nails is stressful for some of them, working in a vet clinic, you should know this and be able to handle this.nThe fact that Northside cannot communicate with pet owners when an incident happens, or handle stressed out dogs and use proper precautions concerns me. I would not suggest using them for your veterinary services.
