Shannice was very helpful getting the storage unit I was looking for. I was having an issue on the website and she worked on getting it straightened out. Professional, courteous and pleasant to work with.
When looking in our area for a large enough storage unit to house our motorized RV during the winter and give us some room to put some of our furniture, this place was a match. It had the room we needed, security, and a good price. Plus it's been easy to work with staff in the office or work with their website. Score! We've been here since August and it's been good. Plus it's been fun to see the expansion going on. If I need to go bigger or smaller it will be easy to do.
I have been renting my unit for 2yr now and I don't have any complaints, been keeping my classic cars here for some time, they take good care of the place and there customers and not to mention the online payment system is a plus for me due to the fact I don't live in Wisconsin no more but I know my stuff is always safe there big thanks guy's.
Leasing a storage unit for the winter months couldn't have been easier! Just one phone call and everything else was taken care of on line. Lease, payments, etc. Definitely would recommend this facility.
These units are terrific from the large overhead doors, to the motion sensor lights that come on when the doors open. The ownership and management were great to work with and responsive. Highly recommend for all of your storage needs. Get a Grip!
