Took in a watch for a new battery, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I came back they were very rude and told me my watch had broken. One of the numbers had come off of the face. They were yelling at me in the middle of the mall "kiosk" when I never even argued as to the damage done to my watch. Horrible service. Still had to paid them so they would release my watch.
Charles the owner of this business is extremely rude and disrespectful. He could not fix my watch and instead of apologizing for his inexperience, he started to have an attitude, get loud and obnoxious. When i told him he needs to respect his customers better his response was, "youre not my customer". This man does not care about his quality of service, only wants your money in the quickest and cheapest way possible, I do not recommend spending any of your time and money at this business. This man needs to work on social skills, let alone business skills. There is a reason he works at a kiosk inside Desert Sky mall; sketchy and shotty workmanship.
Went in with a watch that needed a battery replacement. I had gone to another shop in tempe to get the battery replaced and they were unable to do it they stated the back of the watch was stuck. no to mention they scratched the back of my watch. within 2 seconds Charles was able to get the back off the watch and change the battery. Im so glad I stopped at this shop and recommend it! will definitely be back.
Friendly, fast, above an beyond customer service. Charles was great to help me out when I was short on time. Massively appreciated the help! Worth every penny
I love this location. My 3 year old broke his teachers necklace so I brought it to get fix. The quality of work is excellent and it was done in 10 mins😀😀
