The jewelry selection is great and being approved was a breeze. I brought a ring to surprise my husband with, which I was told after I put down $600, I would only owe $900, which was not true, my remaining balance is over $1200. Fine I'll work with it still after making the purchase I told them that I would need the ring to be resized to 12, she said okay and was told I'll be called once it's ready. Received the call and when I went to pick the ring up, I was waiting for over 20 minutes and not really acknowledged. She asked for a yellow slip, which was never given to me, but she was able to locate the order with my ID, but was irritated because she handed me the ring in a small plastic bag, I had to ask her to box it up for me. Not a good experience.

Fixed my watch and then offered me money for it that was waaaaay below the value. Other tha. That the staff was friendly and knowledgeable they answerex all of my questions and returned my watch to be looking better tha. The day that I bought it if tou have priceless pieces that need quality care and professional experience in order to fix look no further ygese people know what they are doing.
