Trash organization. I never usually write reviews. Their customer service is really bad. Not respectful or apologetic at all.
Liberty and other Arizona High Schools needs to find another service for the seniors caps and gowns. Many 2020 seniors including my brother did not receive their caps in time. Give people their money back or some kind of compensation. Balfour = 🗑️
It’s bad enough this pandemic ruined graduation and then to not even receive the cap and gown and tassels for my son is even worse. ESPECIALLY after emailing multiple times. Calling and going in circles because they say call the sane number you have called to leave a message or to talk with someone. Now I’m just out of money and graduation outfit? This company is a scam!! Need to be reported. Sad part is I’m not the only one and the schools should find someone different to go through.
My daughter graduated 2 years ago and she never received the mug she ordered. We reached out many times and every time they said it would be mailed but never came. We finally reached out to corporate and they told us the same thing with no results.
So here it is 2 years later and nothing. I hope this warns everyone to be very careful with them.
I didnt mind recieving the items I ordered at different times, however, I ordered my senior package, cap and gown, and letterman jacket in early January of this year. It's now mid June and I have yet to recieve my senior package. Then when trying to contact the establishment regarding the items that I paid for and that I have yet to recieve they dont answer. They also informed me that they would call me when the senior package was shipped in, but I have not gotten one phone call or email. This is my money that I spent as a hard working senior. Not something my parents paid for, but something I paid for. If I had the option to go to a different company I would have.
30% of Liberty HS caps and gowns didn't arrive in time for drive up ceremony. Not a company to trust and rely. Heartaches and tears are what they provided. No apology or warning that they cant fulfill the orders. Go somewhere else.
