I hadn't been here in a few years but my fiance wanted burgers for dinner. I ordered a cheeseburger and steak fries for him, and a guacamole burger and onion rings for me. Paid online. Used curbside pickup. The burgers were good. Unfortunately, they mixed up the order, which was my fear when picking up. I ordered pink for the cheeseburger and no pink for my guacamole. I ended up with a pink burger and his was well done. That was disappointing. There was so little guacamole on my burger, it was hard to see, let alone taste. Otherwise, Portions are generous.nI picked up and brought to Chippewa Falls, so it wasn't like we could just go back. Check your burger to see if it's done the way you want before leaving so you're not disappointed when you get home.

While setting in the parking lot at Eau Claire,Wi Called to make a curbside order...was told that they no longer are doing this???? Parking lot had only 6 autos in it before I left seen 2 different sets of people leave??? How do rate a Restaurant if you can't get a simple order in??? So Sad since my wife and I have been loyal customers over 10 years at this location and understand that it takes more time. Even when the Restaurant was closed for inside experience we still were ordering food from Red Robin....?

My girlfriend and I went in today for lunch. Hostess told us it would be a 10 minute wait...great, no big deal. Had to wait outside the restaurant and wait for a text for our table. 20 minutes go by and no text yet. We wait another five minutes and leave. We call back 45 minutes later to let them know we never received a text for our table. I was told that they must have skipped over us or forgot to send out the text notification. We ended up going elsewhere.

This restaurant has the best burgers and if you don't want the bun, they have a veggie burger with lettuce instead of the bun. The service is great. The drinks are bottomless. The tables are sanitized and covid safe.
