A SCAM!!! Buyers beware!nnThe employees are very nice. But the company’s policy on warranty is just no more than a scam. It did not cover what I was told when I purchased it, because gold price had changed ( which was why I got the warranty from the first place)nnI was given options which all were no good. Either lost the warranty and get a new pair, or a store gift card for the earrings and warranty, or a cheque just for only for the earrings purchased price.nn***Also, I sent my fully intact pair earrings in for one loose clasp, which would be the last time I ever see them.
I can't say enough about Mary and Denise! The help they provided was top notch! Their communication was excellent throughout this process and I will definitely be back in the future! Tremendous customer service!!! Thank you!!
I bought my wedding band here 10 years ago. Had to have it cut off and they sent it out and got me a brand new one to replace it! I love this place! Best experience (for jewelry) ever! Oh, and their staff are super helpful and kind.
Richard the store manager was one of the nicest people we have ever met. He even gave us extra discounts and was extremely helpful with everything. Will definitely be going back for more jewelry in the near future.
