I bought a GE slate gas range on 6/25/20. 10/24 still waiting....... I was told it was in Chicago when I ordered it, and I'd have it in 2 weeks. After several phone inquiries and no calls back I stopped in the store and talked to Ben. He printed off my invoice and told me he'd call me in am with the status. No call. After several months of attempts and waiting for a call I called the GE company directly on 10/1 they informed me for the first time my range is no longer in production and production stopped on that model on 6/25/20 the day after I ordered it! But no one told me so here I am, I had to settle for a lesser model than I wanted. I revisited the store on 10/2 and changed my order the alternate range and my sales person Danielle told me I'd have it in 2 weeks and she supposedly called to make sure it was on the truck. Today is 10/24 and again no call no range. Believe me if I am going to look for the refrigerator it won't be here. I have been a business owner and would never have imagined doing this to my customer.nN
Awesome experience... friendly, helpful, knowledgeable sales person. Not pushy. Great delivery people... careful to wear mask, helpful with placing new appliances, great at answering questions.

If you are looking for a place with quality appliances and great service, this is where you should be shopping. The service alone is worth going there. We have had wonderful experiences with getting our appliances from Admundsons’s. The back up their products and give you a quality price. If they do not have it they will find a way to get you that product. The showroom is packed with appliances which makes it easy to use. Great experience.
