I am very disappointed with Wall To Wall. It took 7 months for my flooring to get installed only because I was sent an installer that didn't know how to install correctly. Who was the owner mad at? Me! I was very disappointed how the owner dealt with the situation. Again, he was upset with me. I encourage all of you to find a different flooring business to work with. Extremely disappointed!!

They installed carpet 13 years ago in our new house. Turned out nice couldn't see any seems, they did our whole house. Now we Replaced carpet and like other comments once they get your money service dissapeared. Horrible install job. $5k in carpet and you can see every seam, laid carpet right over plumbing cleanout and over a tack strip that shouldn't be in front of a door. It was not a cheaper carpet. We went with one on sale that was a mid range quality. Called about the issue and they said they would come back and fix the main issue. This was before Thanksgiving. Never came out or called. January now. Go across the street and try them. Can't be worse.sorry for the negative review but you had your chance to make it right. Sales person was great but on commission. So once they get your money they have no incentive to follow up.
