We first worked with The Bed Bath and Drapery Shop back in 2017 when we needed window treatments for two bedrooms. Our experience was so great that it was an easy choice to work with them again as we renovated our forever home in 2020. We had another wonderful experience. Larry made sure to call me as soon as the store was able to re-open post mandated COVID closure. Jolene came to our home with samples and helped me make a choice the same day. Roger was great to work with when I called with follow up questions. John provided a seamless installation and was friendly as always. The customer service from beginning to end was amazing. We highly recommend The Bed Bath and Drapery Shop.
Perfection! Great experience from the first contact at the store. The attention we got, the engagement from the owner to final installation. The designer came out and was prepared with the selections we suggested... and easily got us to the final choice. We built a new home and were looking for window coverings to meet various needs, including privacy and to prevent fading,. Larry worked with us to determine our specific needs and to find product which would meet our requirements while remaining on budget. The window coverings were installed expertly and on time. I was referred to Bed, Bath and Drapery after my home sustained smoke damage. I needed only two blinds replaced, but due to a special they were offering, I choose to also purchase two additional blinds for large, upper windows in my A-frame. Their products are high quality, and their service outstanding. In fact, shortly after installation of a LiteRise blind my circumstances changed and I was no longer able to reach the blind to raise/ lower it. Larry, without hesitation, offer to replace the blind, without charge, with blind having a system I could readily access. WOW! I am still amazed! Thanks Larry, Jolene, John and....the kind man from Fall Creek, whose name I can't remember!
I should have called them first! Larry and Jolene were such a pleasure to work with, and they really know their products and service WAY better than anyone else out there! It was so painless of a process!! The installer was very professional too and make quick work of the seven window blind installations! They look GREAT!!
