Spoke with Mitch who was super helpful! Once we got things scheduled we found out that he is not in Hastings, MN like I thought! Even though he knew we would not be doing business he still was able to give me some great suggestions! I really wish I could use them!

I love the carpet and how quickly they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. They got 2 rooms re-carpeted in less than a few hours. Ron, the salesman, was easy to work with and extremely personable.

Incredible, friendly service from start to finish! Mike in the showroom was extremely easy to work, patient, and showed us many varieties to consider. Marcus is AWESOME too. The installers the day(s) of were friendly and knowledgeable too. I would highly recommend Independent Flooring EVERY time!
