We recently built a new home and we went with Gibson's out of Altoona . It was very easy to work with the crew over there and dealing with well water can always be challenging as it can adjust over time. The nice thing is that they're in my area a lot so getting service done quickly and on time is awesome. A huge plus for me. I always like to give credit when credit is due and Gibson has taken care of us 110%. Thanks Gibson!

I was unhappy with the water softener so I was told they would come and remove it. Once removed I was told they would inspect the machine adjust my final bill and send it out. Two weeks after they removed the machine I found out they filed the bill in small claims court. Not only had they filed it in small claims but the entire cost of the machine that they removed was on the bill as well. I had to go to court and fight it to get the cost of the machine removed and was still stuck with additional court costs. What a terrible way to do business.nnResponse: Well that's what happened so perhaps you should look into who you have making those calls. You should probably stop charging people for equipment you have removed from their house as well. I wasted a whole day down at the court house just to get that extra charge removed from the bill.

I'm only giving one star because zero is not an option. We bought a house with a softener already in it. We didn't want it and told Gibson's to come and get it. It's been two years, no one came to remove it and now they are charging us an extreme amount of money bc we haven't paid for it despite several conversations asking for it to be removed.

Gibson's provides units in both our home and now in our business. Jason is really knowledgeable about water issues and speaks in terms easy to understand. They replaced our Culligan system who, once we signed a rental contract, we never heard from again. Gibson's has GREAT service after the sale and they're really competitively priced. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
