As always, our technician, Tyler, did an excellent job. He's always respectful, knowledgable, efficient, on time, etc. We've been customers at Prompt Action for more than 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences with Prompt Action.

Prompt Action Pest did a bat exclusion today. They were very professional from the beginning of the quote to the end of the job. The job didn't take very long, and the technician answered all of my questions about bats and was very knowledgable and professional. I am very happy with the communication, they always answered my calls and questions and were on time to appointment. I am certain that they knew what they were doing for sure, and that the bats will be exculded soon!!
