Super happy with everything from start to finish! Salesman on top of everything ,came when he said he would and worked with us even though we changed our mind a few times. Price was competitive and install was seamless and done quickly. Would highly recommended to anyone look for new windows!

I believe the actual instillation of the windows was adequate. However, after coming home from work I discovered that my front door had been left unlocked (even though they had a key). Thank goodness nothing had been stolen. Then on top of that negligence, the employees tracked muddy boot prints across my hardwood floors. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had our ancient, leaky windows replaced by Window World of the Chippewa Valley over the course of two summers. First floor one year and then the second the following summer. The folks were very helpful getting us information on (then) energy credits toward our taxes. Aside from the nice windows and great price, the service was outstanding. Installation was quick, clean and professional. Lasnt winter, one of the south facing panes cracked. One call to the office and a replacement was made and within about a week, we had swapped it out. No hassle, no pain. (pun intended.) Seriously, we're very happy with the work they did and the quality we received for our fairly low investment. I scored them a 2 out of 3 on the 'quality' ranking because they are very good windows...especially for the price. I'm certain we could have found higher quality windows IF we wanted to pay a lot more and get designer styling and top of the line quality. But for vinyl replacement windows...they're a 3. Thanks Window World...

Wasn’t pleased with install so had them come back to fix after talking to manager. Still had to call me to find out what they were suppose to do when they came back, as they must not have been told. Then didn’t bring parts needed so came back a week later. Finally got it done, but now too cold to finish siding and trim. Wouldn’t do it again. I was a contractor for 20 years, could have done it faster and finished if I had done myself, but they wouldn’t warranty it.
