Went to Panera for pick up today and was so impressed by the staff, especially this girl who had on a sunflower mask and despite the chilling temp, was wearing a t-shirt coming out to cars taking orders and helping people. Shoutout to you girl :) thank you for the great hospitality and kindness. Also got part of our order wrong and was greeted with a free cookie and sandwich. Additionally got a coupon for a free you pick two because of the wait. So stunned by the great workers at Panera. Thank you guys!!

The food was good, alot of new help but got our food pretty quickly. With limited seating people were ordering their food and then no place to sit. I don't feel people that come in with a computer should be able to become a resident.

Ordered tuna sandwiches with extra red onion and cucumbers. These sandwiches were thrown together - the portion of tuna was small. The tiny shredded, limp cucumber pieces were not even ON the sandwich - which didn't matter bc when I put the sandwiches together, there were so few of them I couldn't even taste them. Same with the onion. There was barely any on my $10 sandwich. A waste of money and huge disappointment! How hard is it to properly make a tuna sandwich ??

The survice that we received tonight was just awful. On top of them making us wait 20 minutes to get our food AFTER it was ready they tried to give our food to another person who was about to take off with it if we didn't speak up and on top of that they couldn't even get the order right. This would be more understandable if they were busy but they were dead at this time and all of them just standing around not doing a thing. I tried to call to speak to a manager but they didn't seem to want to even pick up the phone.
