It was very refreshing. I ordered an omelet and the whites were squishy. The staff had no problem taking it away, and getting me a new one. I felt bad, but she kept reassuring me that it was fine and not to ever feel bad about sending something back if it wasn't right the first time. She was very thoughtful. It had a nice relaxing atmosphere, clean, comfortable, and excellent service. I would go there again. She interacted beautifully with my 6 year old Autistic grandson. That in itself made my day.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They had no issues making me an item that is no longer on the menu.
Had our drink orders taken pretty quickly but then waited about 15 minutes before getting our food order taken and that was only after the waiter walked by our table and said “Your food will be out shortly” and we then informed him we hadn’t even ordered yet. Not sure how he thought we ordered when we still had our menus in our hands. Us and 1 other table were the only ones in his section so I don’t see any excuse for it.
This was a great place back in 1978. My took me here often. Had great food and great service. Also I remember a huge USA flag. I talked to a man in Anchorage, Alaska. He said he was on the construction team there.
We went there for a bread bowl salad...which they had gotten rid of. Their menu is pretty average offering things like what Applebee's would offer. I had chicken fingers/tenders which were just frozen tenders and some stick fries that were greasy and had even left pools of grease on the plate.
