Store is clean and all employees were able to help us find the things we needed
No one cleaning carts
No hand wipes inside door
But i have to have a mask on...covid 19 no longer exists at this store
The lady at the self check out was very rude.I I have been to many Sam's club and I had never been treated this bad. They need to put in more friendlier person.
After a less than pleasant experience I was approached by Sherrie the manager the next time I was in the store. She not only remembered me but also recognized me from across the store. She was extremely helpful and took the time to care and address the issue. Sherrie exemplifies the customer service that all businesses should aspire too. I will continue to make this my preferred store.
I was pleased with my overall shopping experience but a little concerned about the way the carts were being disinfected. The person in charge of disinfecting carts quickly used a wipe to swipe only the top of the handle of my cart and someone else's cart before handing the cart to me. That logically does not help much, if anything just spreading germs from one cart to another.
