Just had a scary encounter with Tony Baier, the owner of American Patriot storage. We had turned around in the storage unit and went slightly onto the grass. He came up to us and was yelling, he was extremely angry, although I’ve heard of people having a calf I think he was quite literally having one. We apologized at least 5 times and he just could not stop yelling. He called me a this and said that I need to be under control. I am a human and I was being kind until Tony decided to tell me to “shut up!” All I said was excuse me and he now says I need to be controlled. Never seen someone quite so angry maybe he needs some help with “controlling” it, like anger management.

First time renting a storage unit he was very friendly, honest, and caring. The price was affordable, the units were nice, and I would definitely recommend them.

First time renting a storage unit - great experience. I only needed it for about a month while I sorted out housing issues and Tony worked with me, explaining everything very carefully and he even prorated my rent, which I didn’t expect. Everything was above board and very professional, and Tony was very courteous and treated me like a neighbor the few times we ran into each other - prices were the cheapest I could find to boot. My deposit and remaining rent were promptly returned via mail to my forwarding address as well. All around a great experience, would recommend to anyone.

Very nice storage facilities. All buildings are fairly new and in perfect condition, doors are water-tight, roads are well looked after and promptly plowed all winter long. Multiple cameras help keep the area secure and the storage units are visited daily. The best thing about renting a unit form American Patriot Storage is that Tony is an absolute pleasure to work with. Tony is very up front and honest, no hidden fees or fine print. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends and would use them again myself!
