This is the worst DMV I have ever been at. Very unprofessional staff, rude staffs, scammers, fraud minded. Don't go here if you new in town. Regret at your own risk!! Scam me out of my car registration. Make me pay twice by not sending my tag out and kept on giving me misleading information in regards to my tag.
This place need to be look at state wise. Follow the reviews. They are real!!
I have been to the location and 43rd and Glendale and have been helped by Ramón twice he was so helpful and very nice. Thank you to him for making my experience so wonderful. Thumbs up! 5 stars.
First, the place is disgusting. That alone is enough. But they are rude there, and seem annoyed that they have to work or that you're there. Then the prices are insane. Double and triple the fees at the MVD. I will never go back. I don't know why anyone would go here anyway. The wait times at the MVD are less than 30 minutes these days and the fees are so much less.
I went there to get my daughter’s ID. I try to pay with a 20 dollar bill they did not want to take it just because it was dirty. Anna Karen (working on window #5)and the manager .....Steacy-Deacy.......she not even wanted to give me her name right....have the worst customer service skills. If you don’t like to serve people my guessing this is not a job for you.
To bad they don’t have the option to review them with a negative start.
I don’t recommend this place at all. Save your self some time and go to another location.
🔴DONT GO HERE!🔴ONLY PLACE doesnt answer phone calls. ALL OTHER PLACES i called "ANSWER THE PHONE" . Check out LOTS BAD REVIEWS . This brand is irrelevant !
