The person that took my money and was working the till, also bagged my food with out sterilizing or putting on food safety gloves. I had a slider and fries, both open containers. We're in a pandemic. I've otherwise really enjoyed this location so it was disappointing to have to throw my food out and go somewhere else. I trust that the management will address this issue and I will still give them another chance. At other places I've seen the person bagging the food setting the food on a tray. Then the person working the window picks up the tray so the person outside can grab their own food without the person working the till ever touching it. I'd like to see that policy adopted everywhere.

They have the nicest kids working the drive-thru. I'd give them 5 stars but my prime rib cheesesteak looked nothing like the advertisement though it tasted great. It comes partially pre-made so you can't get it without onions. I look a tad petty after reading this but I'm sticking with 4 stars :)

This location is fantastic..fast and super friendly service..Wade the general manager is a great guy..and it shows by the way the store operating in these covid conditions..don't worry if you see a line in the drive thru it moves really fast..food is hot and fresh each time I go back..just can't say enough good things about this place
