Instead of assisting me, they took a large online order. Didnt even acknowledge that i was waiting. Finally after the 5th sub they made i asked how many more, and was told 6 more!. They could have told me it would be a 20 minute wait when I entered. Or could have made my single sub before they started the huge order.

Quick and efficient. I really like the belknap store they open early and it fits my work schedule perfectly

Served cold bacon on a blt. Didn’t offer to heat it up so my fiancé (hasn’t ordered one for me before) didn’t know they are supposed to ask if the bacon should be heated separately. so I got precooked, rubbery bacon. Absolutely disgusting. When I called to sort it out, the gentleman on the phone basically said it was my fault, but they will take the blame and leave a free sub coupon at the register for next I come in. If this were my first bad experience there, fine, whatever, but every time we go in, we get sub par service. The whole subway chain uses cheap, flavorless ingredients anyway so not worth their ridiculous prices.nnNever going back.

Food is always good here dont think I've ever had a bad choice yet. Last time I was there on 2 employees were on. Oh course it gets busy while one is cleaning, they handled it well, very polite to the lady that of course wanted info before ordering.

New ciabotta bread is great as is the garlic aioli! This location wasn't very busy, but we had great service. It's clean and inviting.
