Rented chairs for a beach wedding. When I made the reservation, they never told me that they couldn’t be on sand. The only instruction I was given was to keep the boxes dry. There was never a contract given to me to sign or written policy. The day after the wedding I was charged $63 for a clean up fee for the chairs. When I called, they claimed they told me chairs couldn’t be in sand and the boxes were in the wrong place. They never made an effort to ask someone to move the boxes for us. Terrible customer service. Argued with me over the phone when I asked why they didn’t tell someone to move the boxes instead of charging me extra. Ridiculous. I would never recommend them. All it would have taken was a simple phone call. If you have all of these rules and expectations, they should be in writing for your customers.

They are a great place to go for rental of all kinds of equipment, and for propane & other gasses.
