Very pleased with these guys! We needed new stairway carpet for our vacation home in Door County. Steve and Dan were both responsive and helpful, and we did everything via email and phone. They installed the carpet within a few days. We weren't there the week they did the work, but when we drove up to our house a week later we were so pleased to see a perfect install, and they cleaned up every sign that they were even there! Highly recommended. Thanks guys for an easy, trouble-free, long-distance experience!

In the middle of the Covid pandemic we had a leak in our crawlspace that shot water on to the plywood floor under the carpet. A simple call to carpet Mart (Dan) and they were there within an hour. Steve came to the property 3 to 4 times and completed the job with extreme knowledge and professionalism. We could not have been happier with their customer service and their job completion. This fall we will buy new carpet and we will make sure that they are the ones to install it. Great hometown service!!
